Quantum Youth is a two-week summer leadership cohort in Amagansett for ages 8-12. Designed specifically for the pre-teens years, we focus on confidence, friendship skills, and real-world leadership in a small, supportive group.
Pre-adolescence is a powerful window for growth. Before social dynamics fully solidify and habits take root, young people are especially open to developing communication skills,
self-awareness, and a strong sense of belonging.
Quantum Youth Camp is grounded in cutting-edge research from the University of Virginia's
Youth Nex Initiative
on how pre-teens and adolescents learn, grow, and thrive.
